Relevancy Score: We've added a new Relevancy Score to help you find jobs that fit your skills and interests well. Each job is weighted against your Nolea profile, so you can see how likely you'll be a good match.

This enables you to:

• See which jobs fit you well so that you can focus your time and energy on the most promising opportunities.
• Save time by avoiding jobs that are not a good match for your skills and experience.

Job offers: We've made accepting or declining job offers from your Nolea account easier. Now, you can click the "Accept" or "Decline" button to inform the employer of your decision.

This new feature makes it easier to manage your job search and ensures that you only consider opportunities you're interested in. It also helps us to improve our job recommendations by giving us more information about your preferences.

• Save you time and hassle, and it ensures that you're only considering opportunities you're interested in.
• Better understand your preferences and improve our job recommendations.

Conversations: You can now chat with employers directly through Nolea to ask questions and learn more about their open positions.

This enables you to:

• Quickly and easily accept or decline job offers without waiting for a phone call or email.
• Quickly contact the employer directly through conversations if you have any questions about a job offer.
• Get more information about the position and negotiate the offer's terms.
