Nolea Health: Winner of Google for Startups Black Founders Fund

This year Nolea Health was announced as a winner of the Google for Startups second Black Founders Fund in Europe, and we are proud to share such groundbreaking news.
In order to address the inequalities Black-owned startups encounter while trying to obtain finance, Google for Startups introduced the Black Founders Fund in 2020. The fund intends to give Black founders in Europe access to capital, resources, and support. Nolea Health was one of the 40 Black-founded firms this year that were chosen from among hundreds of submissions submitted throughout Europe.
This recognition will bring considerable growth to our company. It will allow us to accelerate our product development, make key hires to go-to-market and onboard more healthcare companies to prove demand for our new mental healthcare jobs marketplace.
Our vision is to be the first jobs marketplace platform to make cross-border healthcare delivery a reality. With our work, we aim to empower Europe’s needs that are related to healthcare hiring, credentialing, training, and patient care delivery. Discovering that our project received both opportunities among several applications makes us believe even more strongly in our marketplace model. It also confirms that there certainly are investors who trust in reinventing healthcare delivery frameworks.
In conclusion, Nolea Health's recognition as a winner of Google for Startups Black Founders Fund is a significant milestone for the company. The investment and support from Google will help the company accelerate its growth and bring its vision of cross-border healthcare delivery closer to reality. Nolea Health's innovative approach to healthcare professional discovery and hiring has the potential to transform the healthcare industry and improve access to healthcare services across Europe.
