General FAQs
Nolea Health is a new mental healthcare clinician platform built to provide greater access to work opportunities and help mitigate the growing healthcare staff shortage problem. Our clinician-focused platform is a one-stop shop for mental healthcare clinicians to secure lucrative, part-time, flexible work with a range of NHS and private healthcare providers.
Nolea isn’t an agency but a marketplace for mental healthcare professionals that lets them browse multiple job opportunities from the best healthcare companies all in one place and with one universal profile. Unlike most staffing agencies that are incentivised to select the “best” clinician based on attractive profit margins and potential candidate placement success, Nolea Health aligns its goals to the needs of the clinician and care delivery needs. We value our relationship with clinicians and aim to ensure great transparency and access to work opportunities that offer greater schedule flexibility, fully remote positions, and the chance to be a part of a supportive clinician community.
Mental health care professionals sign up to work extra shifts on top of their regular workload, and telehealth companies, hospitals, and other health care organisations can scale their mental health offerings more quickly by not needing to hire these professionals full time.
- For mental healthcare clinicians, they have 100% flexibility to set their own hours, be their own boss, and work with as many companies as they want and get a purpose, education, community, and camaraderie.
- For healthcare companies, they can access the most talented and experienced mental health professionals within their local market, match with clinicians on several hard and soft attributes, and our white-labelled are ready to use their systems, follow their clinical protocols, and expertly treat their patients.
Nolea posts all types of jobs for mental healthcare professionals, therapists and allied health professionals looking for ad-hoc, permanent or local contract remote based and in person positions at top healthcare organisations. Nolea's mission is to empower every healthcare professional to find their perfect job opportunity faster and easier than ever before.

Yet to take a contract through Nolea Health and want to know the next steps? Here’s a quick rundown of the process:
If you are responding to a healthcare company direct shortlist request, please reply with your interest, availability. The healthcare company will receive a notification once you’ve responded.
The healthcare company will then review all of the profiles they’ve selected, and will often at that point reach out for a phone call or meeting.
If selected from that process, the healthcare company should always raise a contract through Nolea Health. Do not start work until you have agreed to and signed a Nolea Health contract, otherwise, you will not be protected by our terms of engagement.
Review and sign the contract, promptly raising any queries with the client or Nolea Health’s help team.
Once your contract begins, you can submit your timesheets weekly.

Nolea Health is free to use as a freelancer.
When you are booked for a contract and following a weekly timesheet being signed off by the employer, we invoice the employer your rate plus our booking fee. Unlike other platforms out there, we'll never take a cut off your earnings.
